Handlers under the age, being already 10 years old on the day of the show, will be allowed to handle dogs in the World Dog Show, RSCE Winner and CAC Specialties only if, according to the article 1903 of the Spanish Civil Code, the corresponding authorization signed by the father, mother or guardian is received in the RSCE, where he/she expressely authorizes the participation of the minor in the mentioned event and he/she is directly responsible of the damages the minor might suffer or cause.

In any case, the handler must have enough physical ability to keep his/her dog under control, which can be determined by the corresponding judge on any occasion.
